Since 2008 I have been regularily collaborating with the master magicians of Macnas, in Galway, Ireland. I worked closely with Artistic Director Noeline Kavanagh & the team to develop new work for street theatre, procession & outdoor performance. We worked tirelessly to try out new images, ideas & materials, always pushing things a little bit further on each gig. Since Noeline’s departure my work there has continued, under new executive director Johnny O’Reilly with the creation of Turas Alf/Alf’s Journey in 2024.
